The center is a four-story building, including three floors on the ground and one underground floor. The total building area is about 19,000 square meters. The building was completed in August 2007. It is now a large conference venue as well as an exhibition center, which meets the need of international conferences. A graduate from the department of international economy and trade, Xiao Enming, donated 30 million RMB to build the center.
