How to Reserve Facilities

Siming Campus

Students can reserve sports venues using their XMU Unified Identity Account via:

1. The XMU Integrated Services Portal

2. The official WeChat Work Account of XMU under the "Service Hall" section

3. For Wang Qingming Swimming Pool (1st floor & rooftop pool) and the campus gym, use the "XMUSPORTS" WeChat Mini Program.

Reservations open 48 hours in advance of each time slot. For example, if you want to reserve a space from 3:00–4:00 pm on Wednesday, you can do so starting from 3:00 pm on Monday.

Xiang'an Campus

There are two main reservation methods:

1. Visit https://cgyy.xmu.edu.cn/

2. Follow the official WeChat account of XMU Xiang'an Campus (xmu_xaxq). Click the "Campus Services – Sports Venue Reservation" tab to book.

Each person can make one reservation per day, with booking durations ranging from 30 to 90 minutes, up to 7 days in advance.

Zhangzhou Campus

Visit the venue in person, such as the gym, swimming pool, golf course, football field, or basketball courts, and enjoy the facility during its open hours when there are no scheduled classes.

Important Notice: Swimming Health Certificate Required

A valid health certificate is required to access swimming pools at any campus. Here's how you can get one:

Xiang'an Campus

Open Monday & Thursday, 2:30–5:30 pm (open during holidays)

Zhangzhou Campus

On-campus medical room next to the North Zone supermarket

Open Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm
