The International College of Xiamen University (XMU), established in 2005, is now accepting applications for its 2026 spring semester, offering international undergraduate programs in partnership with universities across more than 60 countries. The college serves as a comprehensive strategic partner of the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange and is the only officially designated overseas study training base in Fujian province.

Leveraging XMU's facilities and academic resources, the college offers majors including international trade and business, finance, accounting, marketing, and supply chain management. It provides distinctive international education pathways such as "3+1", "2+2", and "1+1.5" programs, enabling a smooth transition from Chinese to overseas higher education while preparing students for global careers.

Students interested in the UK's international undergraduate program must either obtain an IELTS score of 4.5 or pass the national college entrance exam. After completing a spring-term English training course, eligible students may advance directly to the second year of the program, enabling them to complete a bachelor's degree in 3.5 years and a master's degree in 4.5 years.

Applicants interested in other international undergraduate programs must hold a high school diploma and either achieve an IELTS score of 5.0 or pass the national college entrance exam. Students planning to transfer to the University of Southampton, Nottingham Trent University, Macquarie University, or University Canada West are required to attain an IELTS score of 5.5 after completing the English training semester.

Applications are now open for the 2026 spring semester, which runs from March to July, and prospective students can apply through the college's official website.
