On April 18th, Professor Wang Ruihong and his research group announced the thesis Impeded Nedd4-1-Mediated Ras Degradation Underlies Ras-Driven Tumorigenesis on the sub journal of Cell Reports, CELL.
Ras is the first detected gene that is directly related to human tumors. Their research on the cancer tumor microenvironment, detected how proteins “kidnaps” certain molecules and transforms it from a “cancer suppressor protein” to a “cancer promotion protein”.
