The achievement of characterization technology in nano spatial discrimination was published in Nature Nanotechnology

Prof. Bin Ren and his team characterize the nature of electron and catalysis in different sites of bimetallic surfacesuccessfullythrough the tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy,TERS.The achievement with the title“Probing the electronic and catalytic properties of a bimetallic surface with 3 nm resolution” was published inNature Nanotechnology(Nature Nanotech 2016, DOI: 10.1038/NNANO.2016.241).
