On the morning of September 16^th, the opening ceremony of Xiamen University Malaysia Campus was held in Xiang'an Campus, attended by over 440 freshmen who have just finished their military training and language traning, ready to begin the study in the overseas campus. 

President Zhu Chongshi delivered a speech, in which he congratulated the freshmen on embarking on their new chapter in Malaysia Campus, the very first overseas campus of Chinese Higher Education Instutions. President Zhu hoped that the students would know how to learn and be open to diversity; meanwhile, he wished that they will be able to keep healthy, and be waken up everyday by dreams.
